Friendly staff and great location. The room was clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the size and firmness of the bed. The shower provided a good amount of water at a perfect temperature. The complimentary bottle of water each day was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.

The best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness of the hotel, the convenient location just off the metro station, and the helpful staff. The hotel was spotless, and everything in the room was clean and well-maintained. The location right next to the metro station made it incredibly easy to get to the city center in just a few minutes. I didn't have to worry about navigating the city or dealing with traffic. Additionally, the staff went out of their way to assist me whenever I needed help, despite their limited English. Their friendly and accommodating attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with helpful staff, especially Marina at reception who helped me retrieve my lost passport and cash. The room was comfortable and spacious, with great views and a quiet atmosphere. The English speaking receptionist went the extra mile to assist me with purchasing a metro card. The location was convenient, close to shops, and the breakfast was decent.
